Climatic Test
At CTL, an extensive range of requirements for Climatic Testing can be met using our wide variety of environmental test chambers. We offer temperatures ranging from -40C to +150C for both endurance & cyclic testing and Humidity upto 98% Rh. These tests are covered under different Indian and International standards like IS 9000, IEC 60068, IS 13252, QM 333, IS 616, IEC 60650, IEC 60065, IEC 61427 etc.
Climatic Tests are carried out because in the global market, hardware must be able to withstand almost any climate.
| Components within a circuit each have a working temperature range; once that is exceeded the electrical properties change and the circuit can become unstable, or cease to function at all. Materials can also deteriorate over time, ageing prematurely due to either high or low temperature extremes. Testing under relevant simulated climate conditions enables the reliability of products to be assessed and improved. |  |
